53%vol 500ml Kweichow Moutai (Classic) is brewed in the core production area of Product of Geographical Indication-Kweichow Moutai Liquor, where there is a unique natural environment and high-quality local glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water. In 5 years and based on the scientific and unique traditional brewing technology of Kweichow Moutai, it has been blended many times with base liquor of different ages. Such a special way of blending liquor with liquor gathers the essence of nearly 200 zhi® base liquor, creating an outstanding, elegant, and delicate soy-sauce-like aroma. It tastes mellow, with typical characteristics of Moutai such as a long aftertaste and lingering smell in the emptied cup.

The 53%vol 500ml Kweichow Moutai (Classic) is packaged with transparent glass and instructions in a flip-top coloured box, with Flying Apsaras as its main element. The box is mainly gold, supplemented by black, white, and red. The bottle is made of opal-white glass, with the front label showing the classic slash design of Moutai and the back label serving as a text introduction to Moutai. A red heat-shrinkable rubber cap is adopted to prevent counterfeiting and tied with a red ribbon.

The palate is soft and rounded, with a prominent aged character and a lingering fragrance that remains even in an emptied cup.

Presented in a flip-top gift box inspired by the colour of fermented Moutai grains, the design reflects the deep cultural roots of the Moutai legacy. The interior is adorned with traditional patterns, while the porcelain bottle, glazed in the shade of aged Moutai jars, features a unique fambé effect—creating rich layers and a tactile, textured surface.
